A DRIVER who sped off with his car doors open, after being stopped by police, has been jailed for a year.Mechanic Ben Houldsworth was suspected of speeding in his Mercedes at just before midnight in Clevedon.Police who searched him found nothing, but when they spotted some £500 to £600 cash in the car became suspicious and called for a sniffer dog.Before the dog arrived, and with his doors open, Houldsworth drove off, causing one officer to leap out of harm's way, Bristol Crown Court...
